Non-standard
This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.

The -webkit-text-stroke-color CSS property specifies the stroke color of characters of text. If this property is not set, the value of the color property is used.

-webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(200, 100, 0);

/* Global values */
-webkit-text-stroke-color: inherit;
-webkit-text-stroke-color: initial;
