WebGL2RenderingContext: deleteVertexArray() method

The WebGL2RenderingContext.deleteVertexArray()
method of
the WebGL 2 API deletes a given
WebGLVertexArrayObject
object.

(VAO) object to delete.
Return value
None (undefined
).
