extension.isAllowedIncognitoAccess()
Check whether the extension is allowed access to tabs opened in "private browsing" mode.
This is an asynchronous function that returns a Promise
.
Syntax

Parameters
None.
Return value
A Promise
that will be fulfilled with a boolean: true
if the extension is allowed access to private tabs, false
otherwise.
