MessageEvent: source property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.

Note: This feature is available in Web Workers.

The source read-only property of the MessageEvent interface is a MessageEventSource (which can be a WindowProxy, MessagePort, or ServiceWorker object) representing the message emitter.
