This feature is no longer recommended. Though some browsers might still support it, it may have already been removed from the relevant web standards, may be in the process of being dropped, or may only be kept for compatibility purposes. The HTMLFrameSetElement interface provides special properties (beyond those of the regular HTMLElement interface they also inherit) for manipulating <frameset> elements.

Properties

Inherits properties from its parent, HTMLElement and from WindowEventHandlers.

HTMLFrameSetElement.cols This is an obsolete API and is no longer guaranteed to work.
Is a DOMString structured as a comma-separated list specifying the width of each column inside a frameset.
HTMLFrameSetElement.rows This is an obsolete API and is no longer guaranteed to work.
Is a DOMString structured as a comma-separated list specifying the height of each column inside a frameset.
