CharacterData: appendData() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The appendData()
method of the CharacterData
interface
adds the provided data to the end of the node's current data.
Syntax

Parameters

The data to append to the current node.
Return value
None.
