SVGTransform: setTranslate() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since January 2020.
The setTranslate()
method of the SVGTransform
interface sets the transform type to SVG_TRANSFORM_TRANSLATE
, with parameters tx
and ty
defining the translation amounts.
