This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The <style> SVG element allows style sheets to be embedded directly within SVG content.
Note:
SVG's style element has the same attributes as the corresponding element in HTML (see HTML's <style> element).
