The transferOut() method of the USBDevice
interface returns a promise that resolves with a
USBOutTransferResult when bulk or interrupt data is sent to the USB
device.

The number of a device-specific endpoint (buffer).
data-
A

Return value
A promise that resolves with a USBOutTransferResult.
