NetworkInformation: saveData property

This feature is not Baseline because it does not work in some of the most widely-used browsers.

Note: This feature is available in Web Workers.

The saveData read-only property of the NetworkInformation interface returns true if the user has set a reduced data usage option on the user agent.

A boolean value.
