RTCRtpTransceiver: receiver property

of WebRTC's RTCRtpTransceiver
interface indicates the
RTCRtpReceiver
responsible for receiving and decoding incoming media
data for the transceiver's stream.

incoming media data whose media ID is the same as the current value of
mid
.
