RTCVideoSourceStats: kind property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since May 2023.
The kind property of the RTCVideoSourceStats dictionary is a string with the value video.
The kind is used to differentiate between audio and video media sources when iterating an RTCStatsReport, which both have a type of media-source (a kind of audio indicates an RTCAudioSourceStats object).
