The chargingchange event of the BatteryManager interface is fired when the battery charging property is updated.
Syntax
Use the event name in addEventListener():

addEventListener("chargingchange", (event) => { })
Alternatively, assign to the event handler property of the interface:

onchargingchange = (event) => { }
Event type
A generic Event.
