SpeechSynthesisEvent: charIndex プロパティ

charIndex は SpeechSynthesisUtterance インターフェイスの読み取り専用プロパティで、イベントが発生したときに発話されていた SpeechSynthesisUtterance.text 内の文字のインデックス位置を返します。
