PerformanceTiming: secureConnectionStart property

The legacy
PerformanceTiming.secureConnectionStart
read-only property returns an unsigned long long
representing the moment,
in milliseconds since the UNIX epoch, where the secure connection handshake starts. If
no such connection is requested, it returns 0
.
