MediaEncryptedEvent: initDataType property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since March 2019.
The read-only initDataType property of the MediaKeyMessageEvent returns a case-sensitive string describing the type of the initialization data associated with this event.
