to observe intervention reports, then print the value of id
to the console.
let options = {
types: ['intervention'],
buffered: true
}
let observer = new ReportingObserver(function(reports, observer) {
let firstReport = reports[0];
console.log(firstReport.type); // intervention
console.log(firstReport.body.id);
}, options);
