Non-standard
This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.

Marker-offset describes the distance between a marker-box (usually a :before or :after pseudo-element set to "display: marker") and the target node.

This property was proposed in CSS 2, but abandoned in CSS 2 (Revision 1) and never implemented. It is considered as non-standard.
