Cooperative asynchronous JavaScript: Timeouts and intervals

Fix semantics by removing the preposition "at". "At once" means immediately, which certainly setTimeout doesn't do and also that wasn't what was meant there, but rather to distinguish the fact that setInterval executes multiple times and setTimeout once.

Cooperative asynchronous JavaScript: Timeouts and intervals

Fix semantics on parameters vs arguments. A function takes/expects parameters and you give/call/pass arguments to it. At the call site they are arguments and at the declaration site they are parameters. See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/156767/whats-the-difference-between-an-argument-and-a-parameter

Cooperative asynchronous JavaScript: Timeouts and intervals

Improve grammar (use a before a word that starts with a consonant) and improve the explanation on how async code gets executed

Cooperative asynchronous JavaScript: Timeouts and intervals

Improve explanation on setTimeout's delay (setTimeout with 0 delay will NOT execute immediately)

Introducing asynchronous JavaScript

Fix semantics. When calling a function we pass in arguments, which are used as parameters inside the function. At the call site they are arguments. The term parameter is used within the function. Also, when we provide a function as a callback we pass in its reference not its definition.
