Summary

In multi-column layouts, you can specify a straight line, or "rule", to be drawn between each column. The {{ cssxref("-moz-column-rule") }} property is a shorthand property for setting the individual -moz-column-rule-* properties {{ Cssxref("-moz-column-rule-width") }}, {{ Cssxref("-moz-column-rule-style") }} and {{ Cssxref("-moz-column-rule-color") }}.

Syntax

-moz-column-rule:  <border-width> || <border-style> || <color>

Values

Accepts one, two or three values in any order:

<border-width> 
Optional, default value medium is used if absent. See border-width.
<border-style>
Required, default value none is used if absent. See border-style.
<color> 
Optional, see {{ Xref_csscolorvalue() }} value. Default value if absent: The value of the element's color property (foreground color).
