This feature is not on a current W3C standards track, but it is supported on the Firefox OS platform. Although implementations may change in the future and it is not supported widely across browsers, it is suitable for use in code dedicated to Firefox OS apps.
onopen property is used to specify an event handler to receive
open events. Those events are triggered each time the connection to the server has been established.
instanceOfTCPSocket.onopen = funcRef
funcRef is a function to be called when the
open event occurs.
This callback function will get a TCPSocketEvent object as its first parameter.
TCPSocketobject which fired the event.

- The data related to the event, if any.
