Page Name Structure

New strategy for page naming -- page names should be as short as possible while still being unique.

An article called "Web Developer's JavaScript BootCamp" would be just that: Web Developer's JavaScript BootCamp, as it's likely to remain unique.

A tip entitled "Don't take any wooden nickels" might require a topic prefix to ensure that it doesn't cause any namespace issues, like JavaScript:Don't take any wooden nickels, just in case it's a good idea to avoid wooden nickels in XUL as well.

Book-length works' pagenames should start with the book title, and then the book structure should be created within the pagenames after that. So:

Random Test Stuff

Sandbox

testing

foobar

BarFoo

This is all so terribly wrong.
