Revision Content

height

Applies to table, caption, rowgroup, row, cell. Captions behave like ordinary blocks with respect to heights

Does not apply to table columns, and column groups

height: absolute length

For table, rowgroup, row, cell, first the minimum content based height is computed and then the height is:

H = max(Hspecified, HCONTENTMIN)

How to distribute the space if Hspecified > HCONTENTMIN for tables, rowgroups and rows is not specified in CSS2.1. However this should be specified for mozilla internal and made then public as developers will at least be happy to know how what to expect rather than to be surprised.

min-height, max-height

Applies to table, caption, rowgroup, row, cell. Captions behave like ordinary blocks with respect to heights

Does not apply to table columns, and column groups.
