Should this page eventually become the main resource for people wanting to learn about making web pages? With the W3C recommending people gradually move to XHTML and Mozilla's support for standards, it seems like a natural progression to gradually move tutorials from HTML to XHTML. Barring that, however (I know many of the MDC lurkers aren't exactly pro-W3C, as odd as that sounds), we should at least fill this space with the differences between vanilla HTML and XHTML. To a new web developer, this world of acronyms can be pretty confusing.

If there are XHTML-specific articles and references, then yes they can be moved into this section. If you choose to do this, please try to create this page using the same formatting and layout at the HTML page. Thanks  :) -- dria 05:25, 30 November 2005 (PST)
