Revision Content

NSDISTMODE is a makefile variable which tells the build system how to invoke nsinstall in order to install files into the dist directory.

Set By

Tree makefiles set NSDISTMODE after including autoconf.mk but before including config.mk or rules.mk.

The possible values are 'copy' and 'absolute_symlink'. Any other value causes it to use relative symlinks.

Example

srcdir = @srcdir@
VPATH = @srcdir@

NSDISTMODE = copy

include $(topsrcdir)/config/config.mk
