Notable Changes in NSS 126.96.36.199

Bugs fixed in NSS 188.8.131.52
- Bug 1057161 - NSS hangs with 100% CPU on invalid EC key
- Bug 1036735 - Add support for draft-ietf-tls-downgrade-scsv to NSS
NSS 184.108.40.206 shared libraries are backward compatible with all older NSS 3.x shared libraries. A program linked with older NSS 3.x shared libraries will work with NSS 220.127.116.11 shared libraries without recompiling or relinking. Furthermore, applications that restrict their use of NSS APIs to the functions listed in NSS Public Functions will remain compatible with future versions of the NSS shared libraries.
Bugs discovered should be reported by filing a bug report with bugzilla.mozilla.org (product NSS).
