The problem with the transcluded chapter pages is that the breadcrumbs are also transcluded.

We're going to be moving all of these pages in the near future as discussed on the devmo-general mailing list. Please discuss any changes you plan to make with Nickolay and Maian.

I'm just not currently convinced the transcluded chapter pages really work, given the breadcrumbs and that long pages just aren't that useful.
