• migrate http://www.xulplanet.com/tutorials/xultu/morelists.html to the MDC XUL Tutorial if it's not totally out of date. Hook this into the XUL ref listcell, listcol, listcols, listhead elems.
• Revisit all XUL Style classes to ensure that the text is appropriately generalized.
