This template should be used on pages describing XPCOM interfaces. See nsIObserver for example:

{{InterfaceStatus|nsIObserver|xpcom/ds/nsIObserver.idl|FROZEN|Mozilla 0.9.6|yes}}

becomes:

nsIObserver is defined in xpcom/ds/nsIObserver.idl. It is scriptable and has been frozen since Mozilla 0.9.6.
