It's certainly not proprietary - it's defined in XSLT specification in a section about "XSLT-specific additions to the core XPath function library". We should mention it in Notes section. --Nickolay 12:06, 23 Aug 2005 (PDT)

Right. I found it. It took a while. Looked through four other documents first. I see that someone has been marking the XSLT specific functions. This is good to prevent people's confusion, including mine. --Jonnyq 12:20, 23 Aug 2005 (PDT)
