Please do not add the joke RSS 3.0.

Also, do not add Jonathan Avidan's RSS 3.0 in here unless it gets widespread community support.

I became convinced that the statement "Strictly speaking, Userland's RSS 0.91 is a subset of Netscape's RSS 0.91" was a misleading statement, so I deleted it.
