[edit] Is the example incorrect about email address vs. mailto URL?

The example here seems like it might be incorrect. Does the URL get the email address, or the full mailto URL including the "mailto:"? I would think it gets the latter based on the spec, but this document says it doesn't get the "mailto:". -David Baron 16:55, 18 March 2008 (PDT)
