HTML5 stuff

It looks like both register*Handler methods were added in bug 340179 (fx2), but perhaps the registerProtocolHandler (and registerContentHandler?) method was made useful only in fx3. Don't have time to figure this out, but at the very least some sort of "new in" tag should be added to the content handler method and possibly the tag for the protocol handler method needs to be revised. --Nickolay 17:34, 21 October 2007 (PDT)
