Join us in India at FOSS.IN!
Mozilla will be conducting a Project Day in conjunction with FOSS.IN, India’s largest Free & Open Source Software event the first week of December in Bangalore.
We’d love your help to make this day a success. Here’s how you can participate:
- Speak at the project day: As a contributor to Mozilla we encourage you to take a look at the proposed schedule for the day and then, if you are interested, submit an abstract to speak for our project. We encourage you to submit your discussion idea about Mozilla’s project day to FOSS.IN. Some ideas might be focused on localization issues or around testing Indian websites — or come up with a new one! Here is how to submit an abstract.
- Indicate you are interesting in attending: If you don’t feel like presenting at the project day, please post a comment indicating that you would like to participate. We are trying to get a sense of how many presenters and participants we will have. As of right now, the FOSS.IN website is only providing information about the Call for Participation, but please stay tuned and plan to attend the Mozilla Day!
- Please spread the word! We will need you to help get a lot of momentum behind our project day so it proves to be valuable to all participants and to the Mozilla project. We need speakers!
Let us know what you think. We really want there to be a lot of community members (new and old!) in the room during the day of FOSS.IN.
Thanks!
