1.5RC1 and 1.5RC2 Schedules

1.5 Release Candidate is still scheduled to be released tomorrow, Nov 1.
Code lockdown for 1.5 Release Candidate 2 will be this coming Friday November 4 at 11:59pm PDT. This means you can now land changes with a 1.8rc2 approval on them.
